Free & Paid Plans
- FORMCHK Basic (Free Version): Limited access to shooting analysis with ads. - FORMCHK Pro (Paid Subscription): Full access to all features, including unlimited video uploads, analysis breakdowns, and progress tracking. - FORMCHK UP (Premium Feature): Shot consistency tracking for users who want to compare their best shots over time.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time. - Users may cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged. - If a payment fails, access to premium features may be restricted.
User Conduct
By using FORMCHK, you agree not to: - Upload inappropriate, misleading, or offensive content. - Share or distribute another user’s personal data without consent. - Use automated tools or bots to manipulate results. - Attempt to reverse engineer or copy FORMCHK’s proprietary technology.
